We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join the hospitality team. This role is responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding guest service, and creating a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate is skilled in mixology, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys engaging with guests to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation & Service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences Maintain knowledge of drink menus, seasonal specials, and signature cocktails Ensure proper portion control and presentation standards Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines Guest Experience Greet guests warmly and build rapport through friendly, attentive service Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash and credit transactions using POS systems Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Bar Maintenance & Inventory Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and prep Assist with inventory counts and report low stock or equipment issues Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year minimum of bartending or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Mixology or bartending certification Experience in high-volume or upscale bar environments Familiarity with local and seasonal ingredients Bilingual is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on food and beverages Opportunities for training and advancement Fun, team-oriented work environment Supportive leadership and a vibrant guest culture
