What You Will BeDoing Analyze, redesign, and implement business processes to improveefficiency and support organizational goals. Integrate new processeswith existing workflows and communicate changes to impacted teams.Collaborate with the Card Pro organization to manage and maintainpricing structures for renewals and new deals. Develop and updatepricing sheets used in client contracts. Conduct pricing analysis,including assessments of discount requests, compression requests, anddeal updates. Work closely with renewal teams to evaluate pricingimpacts and ensure accurate pricing in contract documents. Partner withfinance teams to perform extensive numerical analysis related topricing, cost impacts, and financial modeling. Analyze business data,KPIs, labor metrics, and volume trends to support pricing decisions andoperational insights. Provide guidance and recommendations based onfinancial outcomes and process evaluation. Perform other related dutiesas assigned.What You Bring Strong finance or accounting background withexperience in numerical and financial analysis. Demonstrated experiencein pricing analysis, financial modeling, or related business analytics.Ability to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and integrate newworkflows. Comfort working with KPIs, operational metrics, and largedatasets. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborateacross teams such as pricing, renewals, contracts, and...
