Job Description This position is responsible for ensuring all Safety policy and procedures are consistently being followed, all products pass Quality Control testing, and Lean Tools and Concepts are continuously deployed and sustained within their areas of responsibility. This person will be working on bubble wrap and paper crinkling machines. They will be expected to use basic computers to program machines, line test machines, and run consumables through machines making sure they work. Other responsibilities may include: u2022u2003Verification of product quality and adherence to engineering specifications / work instructions u2022u2003Collect and report all Quality metrics Using Microsoft forms u2022u2003Communicate all defects found during the QC inspection process to operations team members u2022u2003Layered auditing sign off on critical to quality projects u2022u2003Appropriate use of QC stamps and quality approval u2022u2003Participate in weekly Quality Team meetings u2022u2003Root cause investigation u2022u2003Incoming product inspection u2022u2003End of Line product inspection u2022u2003Assist operations in team training u2022u2003Sustain 5S+Safety standards, and consistently eliminate waste within department We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
