Overview: As a Security Officer, you will be: u2022 Patrolling and inspecting assigned areas of the park u2022 Screening and interacting with guests, while providing directions and assistance u2022 Checking in employees u2022 Monitoring areas for safety hazards u2022 Enforcing Park Policies, and much more You can apply prior knowledge from previous Security jobs, while securing new experience and rewarding benefits. Responsibilities: Guests choose Six Flags Over Texas to have a fun filled day with their families and friends, with safety in mind. With this position, you will get the opportunity to ensure the safety and security as Guests and Team Members enter the premises. Qualifications: u2022 Must be at least 18 years old. u2022 Must have a valid Driveru2019s License or State Identification Card. u2022 Must provide legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States. u2022 Must hold an active Level II Texas Security License. (Must be valid, must have physical card present at time of interview) u2022 Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays to support park operation. u2022 Positive attitude towards reinforcing Guest Service Standards. u2022 Must be willing to comply with our grooming code, which prohibits facial jewelry (other than two matching pairs of earrings), extreme haircuts/styles, colors, and visible tattoos on or above the neck.Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is an equal opportunity employer.
