Weu2019re partnering with a district near the Dothan, AL area to fill several full-time SPED positions across elementary grade levelsu2014ideal for educators who thrive in supportive, student-centered environments. ? What Youu2019ll Do + Support students primarily in Ku20136 settings + Provide instruction in a resource/pull-out classroom model + Manage IEPs (most caseloads under 20 students) + Collaborate closely with General Education teachers in a co-teaching environment (for select classrooms) + Utilize PowerSchool Special Programs for documentation and compliance + Demonstrate strong knowledge of IEP compliance and state education requirements + Help support a high-needs district committed to building a strong internal SPED team + Use the Powerschool Special Program charting system ? What Weu2019re Looking For + Alabama Collaborative Certification (Ku20136 or 6u201312) + Optional: Pre-K Certification for early childhood SPED roles + Prior SPED experience preferred + Familiarity with Alabama state code is a plus + Ability to work effectively in both pull-out and collaborative teaching models + Strong organizational skills for case management and documentation ?
