A key component of this internship includes leading a special project to reorganize and enhance Pyrotek's HR SharePoint pages to improve usability, accessibility, and information governance.The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong interest in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role provides hands-on experience supporting HR technology platforms and assisting with HR process ternship will run May - August timeframe and be an in-office position, 5 days/week.Key Responsibilities to Include:Special Project: HR SharePoint OptimizationConduct a comprehensive review of the current HR SharePoint structure and contentReorganize folders, documents, and navigation for improved user experienceArchive outdated materials and ensure version control complianceDevelop standardized naming conventions and document governance guidelinesCreate user-friendly layouts and update content for clarity and accessibilityCollaborate with HR stakeholders to identify content gaps and improvement opportunitiesDevelop a maintenance plan to ensure ongoing accuracy and usabilityHRIS Administration & SupportAssist with maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS systemSupport data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceData Management & ReportingSupport data analysis for HR initiatives and workforce planningEnsure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee informationIdentify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiencyProcess ImprovementDocument HRIS processes and create user guidesContribute to HR digital transformation projectsGeneral HR SupportCollaborate with HR team members on special projectsQualificationsQualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fieldStrong interest in HR technology and systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP, aplusExperience with SharePoint or similar document management systemsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with databases or reporting toolsBasic understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits)Familiarity with information architecture or digital content organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesApplicant Privacy NoticeApply HereThe hourly compensation for this full-time position is $22.00 / hour.
