Communicates effectively with all office staff.u00a0 Provides appropriate distribution of knowledge in regard to caregivers and clients including e-mails, memos, administrative directives, and all office correspondence.2. Responsible to answer phone and direct calls to appropriate person.3. Handles daily communications with employees, clients and co-workers in the office.u00a0 Including e-mails, calls, and walk-ins.4. Assist with answering phone calls and scheduling while in the office.5. Interpret and explain the services provided by From the Heart correctly, consistently and in a positive manner at all times.6. Contact daily regional managers and make sure they do not need anything. Assist them with organizing interviews with the recruiter. Update calendar for Regional Managers when needed.7. Develop and implement schedule of marketing activities to increase our name recognition in the community at large.u00a0 This should include, but not be limited to bingos, job fairs, and health and welfare expos.8. Market to Doctors office and hospitals and long-term insurance plans9. Conduct additional marketing activities on a weekly basis; this includes the following: 1. Maintain a minimum of eight contacts per day. 2. Develop five NEW contacts each week. 3. Visit with five consumers each week. 4. Schedule and conduct or attend one public event each week. 5. Attend two client related events each month 6. Attend two caregiver related events each month.10. Submit weekly reporting to Executive Director along with expense report.11. Performs routine clerical and organizational tasks as needed for all responsibilities, utilizing appropriate advanced computer applications.12. Conduct Meet and Greets to new consumers when directed by the Administrative Director.13. Put out signage in appropriate areas on an as needed basis14. Advise the Director when Marketing Materials need to be ordered and what kind15. Assist Administrative Director with any task they may need help with while in the office.16. Participate in weekly Manager's meetings.17.
