The performance of this position will be primarily measured by how successful we are in the ensuring that all entries and reconciliations are completed. Bill Accounting, IT, Internal audit/SOX billings, Recruitment fees and AP check fees to hotels and restaurants monthlyComplete Corporate rebills and Medical twice per month accurately and by the deadlinesComplete Highgate Capital (HCI) billings every week accurately and by the deadlinesMonitor AR email box and answer requests from hotel and restaurant finance teams regarding backup, support, et cetera in a timely and professional manner. Monitor AR aging to hold hotel finance teams accountable to payment deadlinesMonitor the AP email box.
