This job was posted by : For more information,please see: Summary:Level 3 Audiovisual is a systems integration company seeking a SiteSuperintendent in Boise, ID. The Site Superintendent will oversee dailyfield operations across Micron Boise projects, ensuring safe, efficient,and high-quality execution of AV system installations, infrastructureupgrades, and integration efforts. This role requires close coordinationwith Project Managers, PCs, Integration partners (subs), and clientrepresentatives, with a strong emphasis on safety compliance,scheduling, and resource management.Summary of Accountabilities:Field Oversight & ExecutionSupervise all on-site activities including AV system installations,infrastructure modifications, and equipment logistics.Field Supervisory responsibilities of coordinating with Micron ITpersonnel (AV, Network, and Field Services).Ensure adherence to project schedules, including phased installationsfor standard and custom rooms maintaining client AV referencearchitecture.Coordinate site walks, room readiness verification, and installationsequencing with appropriate teams both internal and external.Provide end-of-day (EOD) reports to PMO as required.Safety & ComplianceEnforce confined space entry protocols, critical lift planning, andsite-specific safety procedures as outlined in Micron and GeneralContractors manuals.Maintain documentation of risk assessments and emergency action plans.Draft and maintain daily work, pre-task, and JHA plans as required.Project CoordinationCollaborate with PMs/PCs, engineers, warehouse, and Integration partners(subs) to align on scope, timelines, and resource allocation.Participate in weekly coordination calls and maintain visibility onSmartsheet and other planning tools.Support documentation updates, including room number changes, As-builtdrawings updates in BlueBeam and cheat sheets for installationreference.High familiarity with L3AV requirements for AV dependencies, Networkreadiness, etc.Client & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary on-site contact for Micron representatives, generalcontractors, and design teams.Escalate unresolved issues (e.g., signage back box placement) and ensuretraceability through RFIs and meeting notes.Resource ManagementMonitor labor plans, and Integration partner (subs) performance.Qualifications:Strong understanding of confined space protocols, lifting operations,and AV system integration.Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, NetSuite, and MS 365applications.Excellent communication and leadership skills.OSHA 30 certification required.Ability to drive company vehicles.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Experience Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and AV field operations,preferably in semiconductor or high-tech environments.Training Certification Education Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentIndustry certifications are dustry/Training Certifications:L3 Installation Training Review AV DocumentationL3 Installation Training Networking FundamentalsL3 Installation Training Cable HandlingL3 Installation Training Cable TerminationL3 Installation Training MountingL3 Installation Training Rack BuildingL3 Installation Training Networking FundamentalsL3 Testing & Commissioning Training Audio TestingL3 Testing & Commissioning Training Audio CommissioningL3 Testing & Commissioning Training Video TestingL3 Testing & Commissioning Training Video CommissioningL3 Testing & Commissioning Training Video ConferencingAvixa CTS CertificationAvixa CTS-I preferred.AQAV CQTAudinate Level 1 and 2Qsys Level 2Biamp TesiraAWPOSHA 30CPR/FIRST A IDFORKLIFTPowder Actuated Tool CertificationAWP (aerial work platform) CertificationAbilities Required:The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary tomeet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individualswith disabilities to perform essential functions.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the onlyduties to be performed by this employee.Employee will be required to follow any other instructions and performany other duties requested by their manager.Conduct oneself when on customer property with the utmostprofessionalism and demonstrate an awareness of the sensitive nature ofthat work environment.Positive and effective interaction with internal and externalcustomers.
