The plant manager is responsible for the complete oversight of all manufacturing departments to ensure goals and metrics of safety, quality, schedule and cost are met. Responsibilities may include: u2022 Daily oversight and execution to the production schedule. u2022 Coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans in the achievement of production goals, u2022 Drive compliance to company policy, such as reporting time, attendance, safety, audits, etc. u2022 Ensure consistent and effective shift and work scheduling. u2022 Analysis of manpower in each department u2022 Provide leadership and coaching that create a positive team morale and effectiveness. u2022 Create and maintain an environment with employee engagement to implement changes in procedures to improve value-added activities and eliminate wasteful activities. u2022 Administering monthly recording of inventory u2022 Ensure a safe work environment for all employees- maintain neat and clean work areas and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards. Requirements: u2022 Ability to communicate in English u2022 Background Check/ Drug Screen Qualifications: u2022 Strong analytical and problem solving abilities u2022 Must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills u2022 Must be 18 years or older u2022 5 years of work experience u2022 2 years of work experience in glass fabrication preferred u2022 Authorized to work in the US
