Responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, material handling equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company standards and procedures.Essential Job Functions:Inventory ManagementPerforms cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracyConducts stock replenishment by moving products to pick locationsMaintains proper storage organization to optimize warehouse efficiencyReports inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisorAssembly OperationsAssembles and tests high- and low-pressure hose assemblies according to specificationsInspects assemblies for quality and completeness before deliveryTests assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications and safety standardsWarehouse Operations & SafetyOperates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulationsMaintains work area in a clean, organized, and hazard-free conditionFollows all safety procedures and protocols to prevent workplace injuriesAdheres to written and oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job assignmentsOrder Fulfillment & PackagingPicks stock from inventory locations accurately according to order specifications and pick listsPackages products securely using appropriate materials and methodsInspects packages for quality and completeness before shipmentApplies proper routing information and shipping labels to all outbound packagesCompletes carrier-supplied documentation accurately for all shipmentsSupplemental Job Functions: Participates in cross-functional training within the warehouse to develop versatile skills Assists with corporate on-boarding and orientation programs as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned or requested to support warehouse operationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: High School diploma or GEDPrevious work experiencePrevious experience working on a computerWho You Are: You're detail-oriented and accurate—whether counting inventory, assembling hoses to spec, or fulfilling orders.
