Job Description u2022u2003Plan or Record Management: Bring process rigor & operational excellence to the end to end management of our global Plan of Record. u2022u2003Reporting and Analysis: Synthesize and distill all weekly activities and changes into digestible reports and updates, leveraging data filtering and dashboards to deliver key updates. u2022u2003Project Planning & Alignment: Oversee detailed project plans outlining all tasks, timelines, and dependency requirements at the right altitude. Monitor / track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed. Hold teams accountable. u2022u2003Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure the right people come together at the right moments to have the right conversations to build & land global sales plans. Develop & provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business & desired outcomes. u2022u2003Dependency Tracking & Risk Management: Ensure team identifies critical interdependencies across Global Sales to support key strategic initiatives. Proactively assess risks and roadblocks and develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum. u2022u2003Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications: Serve as the central communication lead for key strategic initiatives. Ensure regular check-ins and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Be the escalation point. u2022u2003Rhythm of Business: Establish & run structured cadences to track progress, mitigate risk & ensure all cross functional teams are aligned. Ensure key discussions happen at the right time to maintain strategic focus, alignment, reviews, and delivery of key documents. u2022u2003Ensure project quality: Oversee the quality of deliverables across the team to ensure they are meeting Salesu2019 teams needs. When issues arise, proactively resolve. u2022u2003Best Practices: Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices. Standardize processes to improve scalability.
