General Purpose:Assists customers of the Golf Course merchandise and rental shop. Employees should consult with their manager individually for specific expectations.Answer phone callsCheck-in golfersBooks tee timesRents golf equipmentAssigns golf carts and tee timesSells shop merchandiseOpens, closes, and secures the Pro Shop and cartsKeeps shelves stocked and tidyKeeps work areas clean throughout the shopDiscusses merchandise and equipment ordering with managementOpens and closes the cash register, cashes out daily income, makes daily deposits, and enters into the ledgerAssists all customers as necessaryOther duties to be assignedMonitor and marshal the speed of playMonitor the parking lotServe Snacks, Hot Dogs, Soft Drinks & Beer Additional duty for trained club fitters:Oversee club fitting services in the golf shop
