DescriptionLocation: Seattle office - 601 Union Street, Seattle, WA 98101Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. When faced with those customers whose service needs exceed the capacity of your office, you will have the support of the rest of WTB, the Pacific Northwest's largest privately held bank.Qualifications:Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. Ability to provide high quality service at all times and in different situationsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including extensive knowledge of spelling, punctuation, and grammarSuperior time management and organizational skills; ability to coordinate own work to keep projects on taskAbility to multi-task effectively, prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional demeanor and accurate attention to detailHigh degree of PC based technical skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of productsKnowledge of basic administrative practices i.e. letter typing, filing, telephone usage, etc.Previous cash handling skills preferredStrong problem solving and decision making skills, using logic to solve problems with effective solutionsRequired to maintain the security and confidentiality of Bank and customer informationRegular, reliable attendance is requiredMental and Physical Demands:Ability to work well with people with diverse personalities.Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks.Ability to work under pressure during peak times of day.May be required to lift heavy bags of coin (approximately 27 pounds each).Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person, hearing and speaking clearly.May require sitting or standing for extended periods of time and may include viewing of computer monitor for extended periods of time.Ability to operate PC's and other related office equipment.Must adhere to Bank Dress Guidelines and portray a professional image at all times.Pay Range: $24.49 to $36.73 per hourThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Seattle, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
