Join High Transit in Lancaster, PA where every move matters.High Transit LLC is seeking qualified part-time drivers to escort oversized, overweight loads in a manner that promotes public safety. This position is ideal for candidates looking to work 2-3 days per week. This position requires Escort Drivers to work as part of our Escort Fleet to escort Wide Haul or Heavy Haul loads to the job site at various points around the mid -Atlantic region. Candidates will be required to operate a manual pickup truck to escort the tractor-trailer.Pay rate is $18.50 per hourCandidates should expect to work 20-30 hours a week during our peak season. Located at our High Transit Group in Lancaster, PA.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Valid drivers licenseAbility to pass DOT physicalAcceptable motor vehicle recordPass NY Certification ProgramPass VA Certification ProgramFamiliarity with a standard stick shiftAbility to follow written instructionsHigh school diploma or equivalent
