Location Metro Description Accounting Advantage Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. This role will support the organizationu2019s financial integrity by managing accounting processes, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Responsible for day-to-day activity of general ledger. Ensure timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable. Supervises the accounting staff and the reconciliation process. Hires, trains, directs and evaluates employee performance. Performs month end close for general ledger within deadlines. Help prepare detailed annual budget. Works with auditors on year-end audits. Maintains fixed assets. Prepare balance sheets. Monthly reports. Prepare financial reports. Position Requirements Knowledge and skills: A minimum of five years of related experience or 2 years of Public accounting experience. Bacheloru2019s degree is desired in accounting and/or finance.
