Job Title: Mechanical Engineer REMOTE Opportunity u2013 quarterly travel to Wisconsin required Industry: Power Generation / Renewable Energy / Engineering Contract: 6-12 months, with permanent hire at end of contract Competitive Pay and Full Benefits Package Join a dynamic engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer , where you'll lead mechanical design from concept to installation for cutting-edge power and renewable energy projects. Ideal for engineers with a strong background in mechanical systems and a desire to work across the full project lifecycleu2014from sales support through commissioning. Key Responsibilities + Develop and deliver mechanical design packages that meet project and contract specifications. + Support early project stages, including conceptual design and tender documentation. + Collaborate closely with Electrical Engineers and CAD Designers to coordinate detailed designs. + Conduct pressure, temperature, flow, and heat transfer calculations. + Create and interpret P&IDs and size absorption chillers. + Participate in HAZOP and risk assessments. + Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases. + Interface with clients and stakeholders to resolve engineering issues. + Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering + 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with experience in power generation (1u201325 MW) or renewable natural gas sectors. + Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD or similar tools. + Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills. + Excellent attention to detail and adaptability under pressure.
