Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee and guide the financial operations of a dynamic, multi-entity organization. This position requires a skilled leader with a deep understanding of accounting practices, intercompany transactions, and financial consolidation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, adherence to internal controls, and the overall efficiency of accounting processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Direct and manage all accounting functions, including month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cash flow management. u2022 Consolidate financial data across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations. u2022 Oversee the administration and accuracy of intercompany transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain timeliness. u2022 Establish, document, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to support accounting operations within a multi-entity structure. u2022 Lead external audit processes by coordinating with auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and accessible. u2022 Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and development. u2022 Provide detailed financial reports to executive leadership, identifying trends and variances to inform strategic decision-making. u2022 Identify and implement improvements in accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly preferred. u2022 At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or Controller role. u2022 Proven expertise in managing multi-entity accounting structures and intercompany transactions. u2022 Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks. u2022 Advanced proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
