You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the PAC‑3 Missile and Launcher Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality sustainment support for the PAC‑3 missile and launcher systems.What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the sustainment lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Subcontracting, Program Management, suppliers, and customers to embed quality standards throughout the product sustainment process.Provide technical data and analysis to support engineering investigations and root‑cause/corrective‑preventive actions.Lead data‑integrity reviews, drive closure of non‑conformance reports, and contribute to Corrective Action Board meetings.Engage in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.Work closely with both Internal and External Customers to ensure adequate acceptance of product.The position requires previous quality engineering experience in developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the development of manufactured and procured products.
