This role supports all aspects of a sophisticated, highu2011volume executive dining suite, delivering exceptional cafu00e9 service, elevated catering, and refined u00e0 la carte cuisine. As part of an elite culinary program, the Sous Chef must bring a strong foundation in fineu2011diningu2014preferably Michelinu2011levelu2014operations, with proven excellence in both AM and PM service environments.
