Description Accelerated growth has led us to seek an experienced Business Analyst to optimize our operations systems, streamline integrations, and enhance business intelligence capabilities. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Product, you'll drive the continuous improvement and effective use of technology to elevate our operational efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to identify, document, and solve complex WMS and backend system challenges. u2022 Provide software analysis and requirements when it comes to operational implementations, (EDI, Shipping methods, WMS systems, Automation) u2022 Coordinate data transfer / API troubleshooting and liaise effectively between vendors and internal Product Team members, ensuring accurate communication of technical issues. u2022 Design, execute, and oversee rigorous system testing and validation processes, particularly within sandbox environments for WMS or supply chain applications u2022 Support integration projects with external vendors and actively contribute to requirements development. u2022 Conduct detailed business intelligence and data analysis, identifying critical issues related to customs duties, postage fees, and other operational expenditures to avoid financial losses. u2022 Actively contribute to Operational technical system requirements such as Quickbase and CMMS Troubleshoot and analyze software issues related to fulfillment and other operational technologies Qualifications: u2022 4+ years of experience supporting or implementing software systems, preferably in product management or business analysis roles. u2022 4+ years combined experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain technologies, EDI implementations, or similar domains. u2022 Experience performing rigorous software testing and validation in Agile environments. u2022 Ability to read, interpret, and communicate API functionality effectively. u2022 Excellent documentation and communication skills, capable of clearly translating complex requirements across teams. u2022 Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills; able to communicate clearly and propose actionable solutions. u2022 A collaborative, solution-focused mindset, able to manage projects independently from conception through implementation. u2022 Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. u2022 A passion for continuous learning and adapting quickly to evolving challenges. u2022 Willingness and ability to be present onsite or maintain frequent visits to facilitate smooth operations, knowledge transfer, and team collaboration.
