Summary: Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers with Retail expertise who value moving quickly, and can help innovate and coherently drive product initiatives across the company.Looking for someone to join our growing team who has product management and business operations/administration expertise. This role will be instrumental in ensuring Microstore and Kiosk initiatives are delivered in a timely manner and with all relevant stakeholder input, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvement, implementing scalable solutions, and guiding data-driven leadership decisions. Required Skills: Product Manager - Retail Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for driving the vision and execution of the AI vending platform across three core areas: strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment 2. Define and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with Meta's retail objectives 3. Create a prioritization framework that governs what gets built, when, and why 4. Working in close partnership with engineering, data science, UX, and hardware teams, you will translate strategic priorities into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria 5. You will establish and monitor key product metrics u2014 including conversion rates, inventory turnover, customer dwell time, and machine uptime u2014 and use these signals to guide iterative improvements. You will design and analyze A/B experiments, collaborate with the data science team on model performance reviews, and champion a environment of evidence-based decision-making across the product organization 6. You will partner with marketing, sales, and operations to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases 7. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bacheloru2019s degree (or equivalent) in any field. Degrees in STEM subjects (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or Applied Sciences) are ideal but not required. Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree 9. Understand Metau2019s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry 10. Demonstrated experience in leadership, organizational and execution skills 11. Experience with leading and motivating a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health 12.
