Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. u2022 Oversee the management of a complex web ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. u2022 Collaborate on cloud integration projects, particularly with public cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, to enhance application hosting and functionality. u2022 Provide technical leadership by mentoring entry level developers and encouraging best practices in software engineering. u2022 Work closely with content authors, designers, and development teams to deliver seamless and impactful web experiences. u2022 Stay informed about industry trends in AEM and cloud technologies, integrating innovations into development strategies. u2022 Contribute to platform architecture, ensuring it utilizes AEMu2019s capabilities to maximize user value and site functionality. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). u2022 Developer certification for AEM Sites is required. u2022 Expertise in designing and maintaining web applications within the AEM platform. u2022 Proficiency in working with public cloud solutions, with a preference for Microsoft Azure. u2022 Strong leadership skills, including experience mentoring and guiding less experienced developers. u2022 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. u2022 Knowledge of web ecosystem dependencies and best practices for scalability and security. u2022 Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service or similar cloud-hosted solutions.
