About the Role Weu2019re seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Designer with hands-on experience in multi-axis, linear actuation, and motion system design. This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovation and precision engineering, who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a strong background in Siemens NX CAD software. Responsibilities + Design, develop, and optimize complex mechanical systems focused on multi-axis, linear actuation, and precision motion platforms. + Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and fully dimensioned drawings using Siemens NX. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, controls, and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. + Participate in design reviews, and implement feedback to enhance product performance and reliability. + Solve engineering challenges related to load capacities, tolerance stack-ups, and kinematic motion paths. + Produce and maintain detailed documentation for product lifecycle management (PLM). Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field. + 3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design, specifically with multi-axis, linear actuation, and motion system components. + Expert-level proficiency in Siemens NX (required). + Demonstrated ability to develop robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs. + Experience with materials selection, FEA, and GD&T. + Strong analytical thinking, technical communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills + Exposure to automation, robotics, or factory equipment design. + Experience with integration of sensors, drive systems, and controls. + Familiarity with product data management (PDM) software.
