This role provides hands-on exposure to service operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while helping improve overall departmental productivity and service quality.Key DutiesAssist with Salesforce Instrument Tracking data verificationSupport data mining for LeadCare instrument tracking migration to SalesforceCoordinate instrument return (RMA) documentationAssist with monthly metrics and reportingConvert tribal knowledge into formal procedures and documentationOrganize and tag internal documents in SharePoint, Teams, and J:DriveStandardize technical service templates and report formatsCreate weekly summaries for recurring and high-volume issuesDevelop and update training decks and quick start guidesDocument current service workflow (MC Diagnose Repair QC Close)Assist in building a Technical Service Onboarding PortalArrange and catalog storage areas and destroy expired USB keysMonitor the Technical Service mailbox and route inquiriesQualificationsStudent at an accredited college or university majoring in Biology, Microbiology, Medical Technology preferredMinimum 3.0 GPAExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills.Must be a team player and a team builderStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office software programsDemonstrates accountability for his/her decisionAbility to analyze data and generate comprehensive sales analysis reports.Strong spreadsheet skills (preferable Excel)Business analytics software experienceERP software experienceCapability to seek all opportunities to be a problem-solver.Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with internal and external customers and establish good relationships and demonstrate good judgment.Able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative.Ability to multi-task and demonstrate good prioritization skills.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
