Description We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Grenada, Mississippi. In this role, you will provide technical and commercial expertise to assist with product development, engineering projects, and customer support. You will play a key role in helping clients select suitable heat transfer products and contribute to the design and application process. Responsibilities: u2022 Offer technical and commercial support to Sales and Marketing teams while fostering strong relationships with customers. u2022 Assist clients in selecting heat transfer products tailored to their specific applications and material requirements. u2022 Utilize knowledge of heat transfer principles to guide product design and application decisions. u2022 Learn and effectively use proprietary in-house software for product selection and design. u2022 Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external customers on software usage. u2022 Participate in the review of complex or large-scale applications, focusing on heat transfer and production engineering. u2022 Provide detailed information for the creation of drawings required for submittals and production. u2022 Collaborate with production managers to ensure designs align with manufacturing methodologies. u2022 Address quality concerns and support resolutions by providing technical insights. u2022 Travel occasionally to customer sites or industry trade shows, with travel limited to 10% of the time. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as MathCad. u2022 Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary systems. u2022 Familiarity with common drafting platforms is advantageous. u2022 Knowledge of industry-specific code requirements and calculations is preferred. u2022 Understanding of compliance programs such as UL or similar standards is beneficial. u2022 Experience with Active Directory, Dell Technologies, and Cisco Technologies. u2022 Strong background in computer hardware and application support. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
