Physical Demands The role requires frequent use of the hands to write, type, handle documents, and operate computers, phones, and handheld devices. Employees must regularly read documents clearly and write neatly and accurately while engaging in constant talking and hearing. The position involves varied physical movements, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. It also requires both close and distance vision. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, lift, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
