This rotational program provides a comprehensive look at how a major arena operates by allowing interns to rotate through a variety of departments—including Marketing and Communications, Event Services, Box Office and Ticketing, Global Partnerships and Premium Services, Booking and Special Events, Guest Services and Front of House, Operations and Food and Beverage.This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00This role is expected to last from May 18th, 2026 and will end on August 21st, 2026.This position will remain open until June 19.Interns will rotate through departments on a predetermined schedule, participating in both event-day and non-event operations. Working directly with BOK Center's full-time staff, interns will assist with a wide range of responsibilities that may include but are not limited to:Assisting with artist and tour advance logisticsContributing to marketing and social media campaignsSupporting sponsor activations and client servicingShadowing box office operations and guest service teamsParticipating in event setup and breakdownHelping coordinate show day and backstage needsObserving meetings and internal planning processesOne-on-one mentorship opportunities with department leadersKey Learnings:Event-specific digital and social media marketing.Understanding audience segmentation and event promotion tactics.Real-world project management and cross-department collaboration in a live events setting.Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in hospitality, entertainment business, marketing, sports management, or a related fieldPassion for live events, music, and venue operationsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentProfessionalism, integrity, and discretion are essentialAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
