Job Description Our client is searching for an engineer who will sit directly on a newly formed technology team supporting a new commodities and energy trading desk, partnering closely with PMs, traders, and risk teams to build and enhance the desku2019s technology stack. The engineer will work handsu2011on with OpenLink (Endur) to support trade capture, lifecycle management, risk, and PnL across multiple commodity asset classes including power, natural gas, metals, and agricultural products. Dayu2011tou2011day responsibilities include developing and enhancing OpenLink components, integrating market data and downstream systems, improving realu2011time risk and PnL reporting, and supporting the desk through the full trading lifecycle. The role will also involve working on system integrations, data distribution, and tooling to support a scalable, highu2011performance frontu2011office environment as the desk grows. This is a highly visible, frontu2011officeu2011aligned position where the engineer will contribute directly to the success of a new PM platform within the firm.
