Job Summary and Qualifications We are currently recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Services Assistant to join our team As the Food & Nutrition Services Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks including deliver, pick up of patient trays and menus, record patient consumption, record delivery, and pick up times, maintaining current diet checklists and completing related daily reports. We want you to apply now What you will do in this role: u00b7 You will perform routine duties related to preparation and serving of food. u00b7 You will prepare food for cooking by washing, peeling, shredding, slicing, and mixing various food items. u00b7 You will operate dishwasher or assist with washing/sterilizing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. u00b7 You will clean kitchen work areas, collect and dispose of garbage. u00b7 You will assist with food stocking. u00b7 You will serve food in cafeteria for visitors and staff and in patient room. u00b7 You will work in the dish room when needed. u00b7 You will work on patient tray assembly line following menu directives for determining food items for each tray. u00b7 You will follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
