Position Summary The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in advancing BayCareu2019s Community Benefit strategy. This position partners closely with the Community Benefit Team, hospital leadership, and internal departments to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of Community Health Improvement initiatives aligned with the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This role also serves as a primary liaison to community partners, fostering new and strengthened partnerships through innovative, evidence-based programming that improves community health outcomes. Additionally, this position supports accurate and timely Community Benefit reporting in collaboration with the system Community Benefit Coordinator.
