Key Responsibilities + Case Management: Oversee preu2011litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including medical record review, subrogation, and drafting demand packages. + Client & Adjuster Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication to drive case progress. + Legal Writing: Prepare settlement demands, mediation briefs, motions, and related documents. + Negotiation & ADR: Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations and arbitrations, and take/defend depositions. + Team Leadership: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to paralegals to support workflow efficiency and case success.
