Join our team as a Senior TechnicalSpecialist. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior TechnicalSpecialist to join our Test Lab team. In this role, you will apply deeptechnical knowledge of instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysisto deliver accurate, actionable test data that supports the developmentof motorcycle systems and components. You will collaborate closely withengineers, technical specialists, mechanics, and riders/operators tooptimize test efficiency and ensure high-quality results. This positionrequires a hands-on problem solver who is comfortable developing testmethods, configuring instrumentation, and identifying the right tools tocapture meaningful data. You will also contribute to continuousimprovement throughout the lab, from workflow optimization to testcapability enhancement. Job Responsibilities Investigate, implement, andexecute new equipment and test techniques within the assigned Test Lab.Apply continuous improvement tools to enhance test effectiveness andincrease lab throughput. Lead the calibration of instrumentation, testsystems, and test cells. Configure data acquisition systems and performprecise measurements. Explain measurement concepts and testingmethodologies to stakeholders across the organization. Coordinateinternal and external technical resources to support testing activities.Acquire data using standard and innovative test methods; deliver clear,actionable results. Develop new test methods or fabricate custom sensorsand fixturing when necessary. Implement processes that increasethroughput and reduce development time.
