Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to support a large, enterpriseu2011level healthcare services organization. This role sits within a corporate legal/compliance function and supports licensing and provider enrollment efforts across multiple lines of business nationwide. The specialist will prepare and submit Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reu2011enrollment applications, manage ongoing license renewals, and maintain accurate records within a centralized licensing database. They will regularly follow up with state licensing agencies, Medicare, and Medicaid offices to track application status, resolve issues, and prevent gaps that could delay or block reimbursement. This role partners closely with internal teams including operations, revenue cycle, and claims to troubleshoot enrollmentu2011related payment issues and ensure providers and entities are properly licensed to operate and bill. Training is handsu2011on and in person, with shadowing during onboarding to learn systems, workflows, and organizational structure. The position is primarily onsite to support collaboration and learning, with hybrid flexibility once fully ramped.
