JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible forassisting in the maintenance and upkeep of all tax systems and enginesto ensure US Venture and other operating companies are meeting legalmandates and statutory regulations. This includes assisting with systemsconfiguration and setup, implementing updates timely and accurately, andmonthly data uploads for the compliance period. This position will beonsite in our Appleton offices Monday-Thursday with a hybrid option onFridays and an opportunity for a flexible (32-40 hours/week) schedule.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for assisting in themaintenance and upkeep of all tax systems and engines to ensure USVenture and other operating companies are meeting legal mandates andstatutory regulations This includes assisting with systems configurationand setup, implementing updates timely and accurately, and monthly datauploads for the compliance period This position will attend the RUDITeam Leads Meetings and be the SME for Indirect Tax systems andcommunicate monthly system changes or updates to Tax and the Business asneeded At times this position may be called upon to assist withpreparing monthly returns, monthly account reconciliations, makingreturn payments, working tax queues, and preparing license applicationsand renewals.
