THR Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Health PRN _Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together_ Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, will support the full THR service area on an as needed basis Work hours: PRN (as needed) Community Health Department Highlights Prevention and early detection programs bringing quality healthcare to underserved populations throughout North Texas Helping people through wellness checks and chronic disease management Positively impacting patient quality of life Gain a sense of accomplishment by contributing in a team environment Here's What You Need Education Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited nursing program REQUIRED or Master's Degree Graduate of a nurse practitioner program REQUIRED Experience 2 Years Experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care REQUIRED Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire REQUIRED and APRN - Advanced Practice Nurse Upon Hire REQUIRED and NP - Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire REQUIRED and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire REQUIRED and ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days preferred Skills Possesses positive interpersonal skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
