About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support day to day mechanical maintenance operations within the Ebara Elliott Energy facility. This role focuses on hands on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of mechanical systems, including conveyor systems, rotating equipment, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other production supporting machinery. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and ensuring reliable facility operations. What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on facility equipment, including conveyor systems, rotating machinery, motors, gearboxes, belts, bearings, and pumps. u2022 Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life. u2022 Diagnose mechanical failures using drawings, manuals, schematics, and test instruments. u2022 Complete repairs involving alignment, welding, fabrication, assembly/disassembly, lubrication, part replacement, and equipment adjustments. u2022 Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and systems. u2022 Inspect machinery for wear, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. u2022 Respond to work orders and document all maintenance activity through the CMMS. u2022 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment and adhere to all safety procedures and policies. u2022 Collaborate with facility leadership to identify improvement opportunities, reliability risks, and equipment upgrade needs. What Youu2019ll Need u2022 Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. u2022 High School Diploma, GED, or relevant trade/technical certification. u2022 2+ years of mechanical maintenance or industrial mechanic experienceu2014experience with conveyors, rotating equipment, or similar machinery strongly preferred. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and perform repairs with limited supervision. u2022 Experience using hand tools, power tools, measurement devices, and mechanical test equipment. u2022 Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and working in industrial environments. u2022 Basic computer skills for documenting work orders (CMMS experience preferred). u2022 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
