Clinical Business AnalystThe Information Technology (IT) team supports organizational operations through business analysis, project management, application development, reporting, vendor coordination, and software support.The Clinical Business Analyst will collaborate with Clinical and Operations staff to implement, support, and enhance internal applications used for management and quality improvement initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clinical sites and provides on site support, training, and guidance on provider scheduling systems and personnel tracking applications. The analyst will work closely with staff across departments to drive process and system improvements that strengthen quality of care, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. The role also includes participation in requirements analysis and the development of new application systems.Key Responsibilities Train new staff on internal systems and provide ongoing refresher and upgrade related training. Partner with departmental teams to identify, document, and prioritize new system functionalities or enhancements. Develop and deliver user guides, presentations, and training sessions in group settings and via webinars. Provide technical assistance to providers to improve business processes. Offer on site support to facilities as needed. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Serve as a liaison between clinical providers and internal teams to support quality improvement initiatives.Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong data management and analytical skills (SQL, Excel, etc.). Background in healthcare information technology. Ability to work in a secure, 24/7 environment. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
