Reference #: 3325U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Painter for our Philadelphia, PA location. The painter will be responsible for interior and exterior painting and re-painting of walls and ceilings. Responsible to take immediate action to resolve corrective maintenance issues.May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:Repaint damage or deteriorated surfacesPaint new work installed by othersTouch up painted areasClean and prep painted areasWorks with other staff as assigned or independentlyReports to supervisory personnel for material list and timelines for the completion of a project.Make light carpentry/masonry repairs in preparation for area to be stall ceiling tiles, floor tiles, walls/base trim in areas as assignedEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/BASICQUALIFICATIONSBasic literacy and the strength and dexterity required to perform heavy lifting tasks.High School Diplomas, GED or Trade SchoolMust provide own basic hand tools and test equipmentCapable of reading drawings and layoutsMust be able to read and speak English clearlyValid Driver's licenseAble to climb ladders and walk long distances.Able to pass Background Investigation without Criminal history.Must be able to pass Pre-employment Drug Screening and Random Drug Testing.Must be able to work overtime when required.Must be able to work in all climate conditions.Will be working in a Correctional environment, which is a 24/7 operation.BENEFITSExcellent wage and benefits package which included: Health/Life/Vision/Dental/Disability insurance, Matching 401K, Pension and Paid Time Off Uniforms, Boot AllowanceThis is a Union Position.#USFIND01U.S. Facilities, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities.
