Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Educate patients, health-care workers, and the community on diabetes control through medical nutrition therapy and nutritional management. + Coordinate with staff and health-care providers to integrate nutrition therapy and manage patient orders for effective, efficient care. + Supervise and monitor the planned education process and educational plans of care to ensure patient outcomes and goals are met. + Encourage and support the diabetes team in reinforcing nutrition prescriptions and helping patients manage their meal plans. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Florida Council of Dietetics and Nutrition obtainedprior to hire date or job transfer date required. Florida credential required. Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
