This role goes beyond driving; it’s about representing the company with professionalism, staying organized, and ensuring every delivery is safe, on time, and customer-focused. If you take pride in your work, have a strong attention to detail, and hold a valid Commercial Driver license. If not hauling, you will help maintain an organized yard layout for equipment, attachments, and incoming/outgoing units. Also assisting Service Manager with various tasks with keeping equipment and workspaces in order so our teams can operate at a high level—especially during peak seasons.Safely transport equipment for deliveries, demos, and transfersProvide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitudeCommunicate effectively with the sales team regarding delivery readiness or changesAssist with move sheets, demo forms, purchase orders, and related paperworkMaintain safety standards and follow company procedures at all timesSupport sales and service teams by washing incoming and outgoing equipmentEnsure all tasks are completed in a timely, organized, and professional mannerPerform follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfactionMechanical experience is a plus and may be utilized as neededWhat's RequiredSkills / ExperienceCurrent CDL licenseA clean driving recordMust know how to load both small and largeequipment onto a flatbed trailer and tie down it appropriatelyProven knowledgeof methods, materials, tools, and techniques used for hauling and remaining compliantMust be able to operate the machines when loading and unloadingThe ability to lift at least 50 lbs., operate a forklift and pallet jack, and be aware of safety complianceMust be able to work independently and be self-motivated with high energy yet also be able to perform as a team player.Must be reliable, dependable, and efficient.Must project a professional, positive attitude and have good customer service skills.Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
