Employer Name:Street Corner Resources Inc.Overview:Street Corner Resources Inc is classified as 611699: All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction.Position Title:Administrative CoordinatorOccupation:Office And Administrative Support Workers, All OtherPosition Description:Assist and support the CEO in daily operations Receive and respond to all incoming requests from phone and email inquiries in a timely manner Coordinate physical space needs, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning service Provide oversight to outreach supervisors and hospital responder supervisors, support staff, and volunteers to support daily operations and client activities Coordinate with Fiscal Manager to manage to ensure time is accurate and ready for payrollCandidate Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills:Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree or at least +2 years of related experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Comfort working with at-risk youth Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others Ability to multi-taskAssist and support the CEO in daily operationsReceive and respond to all incoming requests for phone and email inquiries promptlyCoordinate physical space needs, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning serviceProvide oversight to Outreach Supervisors and Hospital Responder Supervisors,Perform clerical dutiesProviding outreach to employers' contactsRequires some evening hours and some weekendsUSD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Hr.
