This role is vital within our organization, focused on maintaining and reconciling accounting records, managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and ensuring the accurate completion of month-end close procedures. Job Responsibilities: u2022 Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of AP and AR u2022 Conducting regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity u2022 Ensuring all general ledger entries are accurate and up-to-date u2022 Completing month-end close procedures in an organized and timely manner u2022 Leveraging accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline processes u2022 Regularly reviewing and updating customer credit records u2022 Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts u2022 Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions when necessary u2022 Managing and maintaining accurate customer records u2022 Processing customer credit applications efficiently and accurately. Requirements Job Requirements: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field u2022 Proven experience as a Project Accountant or similar role u2022 Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes u2022 Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes u2022 Demonstrated experience with Bank Reconciliations u2022 Solid understanding of the General Ledger u2022 Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries u2022 Experience with Month End Close procedures u2022 Proficiency in using NetSuite accounting software u2022 Familiarity with Oracle financial software u2022 Experience with QuickBooks accounting software u2022 Knowledge of SAP financial software u2022 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail u2022 Excellent communication and teamwork skills u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently u2022 Strong time management and organizational skills u2022 Commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with laws and regulations.
