This role is vital within our organization, focused on maintaining and reconciling accounting records, managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and ensuring the accurate completion of month-end close procedures. Job Responsibilities: u2022 Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of AP and AR u2022 Conducting regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity u2022 Ensuring all general ledger entries are accurate and up-to-date u2022 Completing month-end close procedures in an organized and timely manner u2022 Leveraging accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline processes u2022 Regularly reviewing and updating customer credit records u2022 Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts u2022 Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions when necessary u2022 Managing and maintaining accurate customer records u2022 Processing customer credit applications efficiently and accurately.
