Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement initiatives that reinforce organizational culture and enhance employee engagement. u2022 Create and deliver leadership and employee development programs tailored to individual and team growth. u2022 Provide tools and resources to clarify career paths, expectations, and opportunities for advancement. u2022 Facilitate discussions on talent development and ensure effective follow-through to support growth. u2022 Organize and execute engagement activities such as surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions. u2022 Monitor participation and evaluate the impact of development programs using measurable outcomes. u2022 Update and refine tools, resources, and documentation to enhance leadership and employee development. u2022 Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess needs and deliver practical solutions. u2022 Contribute to broader HR initiatives and maintain a team-oriented approach. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development. u2022 Proven track record in designing and implementing training, leadership development, or engagement programs. u2022 Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration. u2022 Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving. u2022 Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and commitment to quality. u2022 Self-driven and passionate about creating programs that foster employee development and success. u2022 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
