Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development. u2022 Proven track record in designing and implementing training, leadership development, or engagement programs. u2022 Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration. u2022 Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving. u2022 Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and commitment to quality. u2022 Self-driven and passionate about creating programs that foster employee development and success. u2022 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
