Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer support and maintaining smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Enter and update data accurately to ensure records are current and reliable. u2022 Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize daily workflows. u2022 Generate and distribute reports to senior leadership, providing insights and updates. u2022 Assist customers and clients with inquiries, quote information, and delivering outstanding service while resolving issues. u2022 Prepare and manage administrative tasks to support daily operations. u2022 Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external clients. u2022 Monitor and address customer service metrics to improve satisfaction levels. u2022 Utilize Windows PC systems efficiently to complete tasks and manage information. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. u2022 Demonstrate attention to detail while addressing customer needs and concerns. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or similar environment. u2022 Strong proficiency in using Windows PC systems for administrative tasks. u2022 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions. u2022 Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage. u2022 Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. u2022 Commitment to delivering superior customer service in every interaction.
