Job Title: Inventory Management Support C - Warehouse Operations - CDL-B Job Code: 35370 Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Essential Functions: u2022 Support warehouse operations with product put-away, cycle counting, audits, and movement of equipment/materials across campus u2022 Assist with recycling efforts of metal and e-waste u2022 Provide support to transportation u2022 Ability to handle items (up to 35 pounds) utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling aids (e.g. pallet jacks, height adjustable carts, etc.) u2022 May operate a forklift upon receipt of internal certification u2022 Drive a straight truck making deliveries and pick-ups on campus as well as to local suppliers as required u2022 Occasional inter and intra state pickups and/or deliveries u2022 Ability to safely load and secure highly valuable, sensitive parts/material/equipment u2022 Ability to obtain US Government Top Secret security clearance Qualifications: u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience u2022 Must possess a CDL-B license (CDL-A preferred) Preferred Additional Skills: u2022 Knowledge of safe material handling practices and ability to maintain compliance with L3Harris specific Environment Health and Safety policy/procedure regarding material handling u2022 Familiar with dock operations with ability to work in a fast-paced environment u2022 Aptitude to learn various software applications u2022 Clean drivers license with a minimum of three yearsu2019 driving experience u2022 Able to obtain DOD Top Secret clearance u2022 Licensed to operate forklift and crane preferred u2022 Experience working in a warehouse and/or production environment u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills u2022 Familiar with MS Office applications u2022 Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy u2022 HazMat license endorsement preferred u2022 Familiar with loading (strapping/tarping) flatbeds In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $17.78/hour-$33.17/hour.
