About the Role: As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. This position follows a mixed schedule that includes two overnight shifts, two days off, and three evening shifts: Overnights: Sunday and Monday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Days Off: Tuesday and Wednesday Evening Shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM What Youu2019ll Do: u2022 Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. u2022 Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. u2022 Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. u2022 Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. u2022 Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. u2022 Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. u2022 Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner. u2022 Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. u2022 Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. The minimum salary for the HVAC Engineer position is $65,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the HVAC Engineer position is $90,000 annually.
