Production / Assembly / Warehouse Team Member Menomonie, WI | $17.50-$19.00/hr | 1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple Production, Assembly, Forklift, Order Picking, and Shipping & Receiving team members for a growing wood manufacturing company in Menomonie, WI. If you have experience in manufacturing, warehouse, factory, forklift operation, order fulfillment, or shipping and receiving — or have worked at companies such as Andersen Corporation, TTM Technologies, Phillips Medisize, 3M, Menards, Midwest Manufacturing, Ashley Furniture, Saputo, or other production facilities — this opportunity may be a strong fit. Available Roles May Include Production Line Worker Assembly / Production Associate Paint Line Team Member Forklift Operator Order Picker Shipping & Receiving Associate Pay and Schedule $17.50 per hour - 1st Shift (5:00am-1:30pm or 5:30am-2:00pm depending on department) $19.00 per hour - 2nd Shift (1:30pm-10:00pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm depending on department) Some 10-hour or extended shifts may be available Monday-Friday Full-time Evaluation-to-hire or long-term opportunity Key Responsibilities May Include Cutting wood to custom lengths and widths using saws Pulling and gathering materials for production Feeding materials through paint lines Stacking, sorting, bundling, and labeling products Creating custom order labels and preparing shipments Wrapping and packaging materials for shipment Order picking and inventory support Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse or manufacturing floor Following safety and quality procedures This is a physically active production and warehouse role where you will be moving, lifting, and staying engaged throughout your shift. Skills and Experience Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required Forklift experience is a plus (training available) Comfortable using hand tools, saws, scanners, and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read order sheets, labels, and part numbers Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team Good attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Stand and move for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds consistently Work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment Perform repetitive upper body movement Work in a facility that may include saw dust, paint areas, or warm temperatures depending on department Why This Position Stands Out Opportunity to grow within a well-established manufacturing company Multiple shift options
