Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Leominster, Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance expert with strong leadership skills and expertise in corporate accounting. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide leadership in corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations. u2022 Manage month-end closing activities, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements. u2022 Facilitate external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors. u2022 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting operations. u2022 Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
