Required Education/Experience + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of (1) year of work experience. Recent college graduates must have one (1) year of work experience (full-time and/or internships); OR Six (6) months experience considered if participated in the company's CO-OP or summer CO-OP internships. Preferred Education/Experience + Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or Business/Finance and a minimum of 1 year of work experience or project work. + Master's Degree in accounting, or Business/Finance and a minimum of 1 year of work experience or project work. Relevant Work Experience + 1 year experience in PMO related activities like planning, forecasting, organizing, gathering updates and reporting project status and issues to a wide variety of stakeholders, required. + Strong presentation and organization skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate work requirements to prioritize deliverables, required. + Able to closely follow project development and track that each stage is completed appropriately and within time and budget, required. + Must be able to interact with all levels of management and effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audience, required. + Experience in creating presentation materials, required. + Ability to work independently as well as in team environment, required.
